2025 Device Program
Wyndham Central College understands the importance of technology in assisting students with their learning, and will support students in developing digital literacy, fluency, and citizenship, and prepare them for the future world in which they will live, learn, and work.
In 2025, Wyndham Central College will continue a Managed Device Program through our partnership with Learning with Technologies, along with allowing students to bring certain approved devices to school.
This program involves the school choosing a supplier to provide laptops directly to students, while working together with the supplier to support the device through the school’s Information Technology department with regards to technology issues and providing assistance for warranty/insurance claims. The program at Wyndham Central College aims to:
- Work towards the creation of a collaborative digital learning environment that supports student learning and innovative teaching practice.
- Ensure a minimum standard of device compatibility.
- Enable students to use technology to enhance their learning and to prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century workforce.
- Provide the opportunity for teachers to tailor lesson delivery so that students can use their devices in class.

Learning with Technologies (LWT) offers four different laptop models that meet Wyndham Central College’s minimum device specifications, can be configured and connected to the school’s network, and be supported by the IT Department for warranty repairs and claims.
